Yes, you can. Flood insurance is ALWAYS paid in full, though.You can ONLY get your money back, if you cancel because you sold the house. Cancelling for any OTHER reason, you dont get any money back. The POINT of that, is to keep people from buying flood insurance at the beginning of hurricane (flood) season, and cancelling it as soon as hurricane season is over.
